Blue KC Choice Plans offer exclusive access to Spira Care Centers, a simple, personal, patient-centered experience that surrounds you with a Care Team of doctors, advanced practice providers, behavioral health consultants, Care Guides and more working together to treat the whole person. Blue KC members enrolled in Blue KC Choice Plans will have no additional costs for any appointment or service provided at a Spira Care Center.
